From the Service Unit Dashboard:
Troops
tab shows what troops have submitted their Initial Cookie, Initial Rewards, and
Final Rewards Orders. You can unsubmit orders if you need to BUT no matter
what eBudde says, previously SUCMs couldn’t unsubmit just one troop – the whole
Service Unit would have to be submitted again if you unsubmit one troop. They
may have fixed this glitch but I wouldn’t test it out on a large SU!
Initial
Order tab shows the actual case numbers by variety for each troop’s initial
order. Use this tab to see if troops have submitted an order that’s not
proportionate to their size/experience level. Remember to pay extra close
attention to new troops when they submit their orders!
You only
have to worry about the Delivery Tab if the Service Unit orders cookies, or you
as the SUCM decides to accept a direct drop for troops in your area, and you
personally are accepting each of those orders.
Transactions
tab shows any movement of cookies between Troops and SUs. Sometimes, the SUCM
will facilitate transfers between troops or hold inventory like a cupboard would.
Then, the SUCM would create transactions in this tab just like a cupboard or a
troop to troop transfer.
Txn Pickups
is if a cupboard is using contactless pickup. Not many around are using this
function but if they do, they’ll give you instructions on what to do 😊
You can
ignore the payments tab.
Rewards
tab shows the initial and final rewards submission for the SU. After the TCM
deadlines, SUCMs have to submit the SU’s order. Click Initial or Final, review
the troop orders for issues, enter the address where you want to receive the
rewards from Little Brownie Bakers, then click submit. You do not have to be
present to accept the rewards from Little Brownie, FedEx will leave these
without a signature.
Booth
Sites tab is where you will review Troop submitted booths to approve or deny. Remember,
all troop booths must be in eBudde but we encourage Family booths be entered when
possible. Once you see a request submitted, check that there aren’t any
conflicting booths in the immediate area, check there aren’t adult-only
businesses immediately around, check the area seems safe for girls, caregivers,
volunteers, and customers, then approve or deny as needed. Booths can always be
resubmitted if the TCM can fix a concern you had.
Reports
tab shows all the reports available to SUCMs. Each group of reports is
categorized by type, Initial Order, Delivery, Digital Cookie, Rewards, Booths,
Banking/Payments, Recap, Inventory, and Rosters. Take a look at these reports
to see what each does. eBudde does have a requirement to select options like cases or packages, then regenerate the report EVERY time
you need it updated. Then you have to select the same options and click XLSX or
PDF to view the report once it’s finished populating.
You have
access to eBudde Demo so you are welcome to go in there and mess around with
the tabs and reports!
