Required Steps to be confirmed as Troop Cookie Manager:
- Be
sure you are registered as Troop Support or Troop Leadership Team with
Girl Scouts of North-Central Alabama. Login at www.girlscoutsnca.org or contact
Membership Support at 1-800-734-4541 or customercare@girlscoutsnca.org.
Register if necessary. Complete the background check if necessary.
- Once you are registered, login
at www.girlscoutsnca.org and
click gsLearn from the options on the left. Select the Learning Path that fits your experience level: Experienced or New Troop Cookie Manager. Complete all required courses in the
Learning Path, and the Position Description Course if you are volunteering as Troop Cookie Manager.
- Signing
the Position Description means you understand and are accepting the
responsibilities of the Troop Cookie Manager position. The next business day, you will receive a confirmation email, or you will receive an email with instructions for any missing requirements.
- Be
sure there is an online submission for the ACH Form for your troop. As of
October 1, all troops and service units are required to submit an online
ACH Form, even if the current form on file is up to date. *Updated:
only one troop leader has to submit this form!! Attach a voided check, direct
deposit, or an automatic payment form. ACH Form:

gsLearn is an online learning program for Girl Scout members.
To login to gsLearn:
1. Go to www.girlscoutsnca.org.
2. Click "Sign In".
3. Enter your email address and password. Click forgot password if needed.
4. Click "gsLearn" from the list of tabs on the left.
5. After November 8, you should see
"306 - 2022 New Troop Cookie Manager Training" Learning Path
and "306 - 2022 Experienced Troop Cookie Manager Training" Learning Path. Choose the appropriate learning path for your experience level.
6. Complete the training courses required. Troop Cookie Managers should complete the position description.
Please Note: ALL members have access to both TCM Training Learning Paths. The last step of each required learning path will ask Troop Cookie Managers to complete the position description. Please ONLY complete a Position Description if you are volunteering as a Troop Cookie Manager for your troop.
