2022-23 Digital Cookie Assistance Steps

Having trouble logging in to Digital Cookie?

  • Follow each step below until you are able to login.
In order to receive a Digital Cookie registration email, your Girl Scout must be registered for the current Girl Scout year and Girl Scouts of North-Central Alabama will need to have the correct email address on file for her parent/guardian.
  • If you use a Yahoo or Hotmail account, you may want to consider using another email provider for Digital Cookie as these two providers often automatically block emails from Digital Cookie.
  • If you use a Gmail account, there is a folder titled "Promotions" in your Gmail inbox. Digital Cookie emails are automatically sent in this folder by Gmail. Open this "Promotions" folder and check for your registration email.

Step 1.

If you were not able to find the email, move on to step 2.

Step 2.
Go to https://digitalcookie.girlscouts.org/login-help and click the "Request a Digital Cookie registration email" link.

Step 3.
Enter the email address that you used to register your Girl Scout. If your email is in the system, you will get a message letting you know that you have been sent a registration email and you will receive it within an hour.

If you get a RED message beneath the email address field, and you think your Girl Scout is a registered member with Girl Scouts of North-Central Alabama, move on to Step 4.

Select "Check the email address that's on file for you".

Step 5.
