2023 Cookies:
Girls that are not participating in the Girl Scout Program but are still registered in your troop are considered "inactive" for Product Program purposes.
To submit a request for GSNCA to remove inactive girls from your Product Program:
- Contact Membership Support at 1-800-734-4541.
- The Recruiter in your Service Unit will attempt to contact the caregiver of the girl.
- Once the Recruiter has confirmed with the caregiver, or after three attempts to contact the caregiver, the girl can be made inactive in eBudde or M2.
- Inactive girls will be removed from their troop in eBudde or M2.
- Registration is not affected.
- PGA promotions are NEVER affected by girls who are not participating or are inactive.
- Participation Bonuses/Rewards are not affected once Inactive Girls are moved.
- In 2023, Participation Bonuses/Rewards are all applied at the end of the program.
