GSNCA Booths are selected as a lottery. Booths can be held February 6th - March 26th.
Every troop can select GSNCA Booths for their troop, according to the schedule below.
Booth Lotteries:
- 01/28/23 9:00 am:
- Up to 3 slots
- Up to 1 timeslot per company (Walmart, Lowes, Sam's Club, etc.)
- Troop Booths only
- 01/30/2023 6:00 pm:
- Up to 6 slots total (3 from previous lottery + 3 more)
- Up to 2 timeslots per company (Walmart, Lowes, Sam's Club, etc.)
- Troop Booths only
- 02/02/2023 9:00 am:
- Up to 9 slots total (6 from previous lottery + 3 more)
- Up to 3 timeslots per company (Walmart, Lowes, Sam's Club, etc.)
- Troop Booths only
Multi-level Troops that have split in eBudde to opt-out of rewards can only select booths with one of their troops.

Service Unit/Troop Booths:
- Troop/Service Unit Members contact local business owners to request booth locations.
- Complete the Booth Permission Form (PDF here)
- TCMs enter Troop Booths into eBudde so SUCM can approve/deny the booth.
- Once approved, the booth will be assigned to the troop.
Booth Tips:
- When depositing funds from a booth, document the booth information on the deposit receipt.
- Complete a Booth Inventory Sheet at the beginning and end of each booth (PDF here)
- Two people should verify the inventory, petty cash, cash received, and total sales information at every booth.
- Caregivers can check out troop inventory to host a booth, as long as the Booth Inventory Sheet is completed and verified by two non-related troop members.
- Only registered members with an eligible background check are allowed to handle troop funds/inventory.
- Smile, be pleasant, and train Girl Scouts to do the same!
