Note, the Rewards Order can only be submitted once! Should you need to make changes to your rewards order between March 30, 11:59 pm and April 3, 11:59 pm, contact your Service Unit Cookie Manager.
Deadline for Troop Cookie Managers is March 30, 11:59 pm. Any Rewards Orders not submitted by the deadline will be ordered at a later time with no guarantee of timely delivery.
There are rewards still available even if a troop has opted-out of rewards! If your troop opted-out, you must still complete and submit your rewards order.
1. Gather the girls' rewards choices before the program ends. Enter tshirt sizes on the Girls tab to make selecting their shirt sizes easier.
2. Ensure all cookies have been moved from the Troop Site Link and assigned to a live girl.
3. Ensure any cookies remaining in the "Difference" line of the Girl Orders tab are assigned to the appropriate girls.
*Hold on to these lists as there will not be a record in eBudde of which girl earned these patches*
4. Login to eBudde.
5. Go to the Rewards tab. Select "Fill Out" beside "Final Rewards Order".
6. Click each girl's name with a message stating "(size/catalog selection needed)".
7. Some rewards offer options so each girl can chose the reward she will enjoy most! Each level above 300 requires a choice. The girl should choose one item from the options available - click the check box beside the item the girl chose. Once each choice has been made, select "Submit Girl Order" at the bottom of your screen.
9. If the Troop's Final Per Girl Average is 295/+, each girl receives a Super Patch. This reward will show on her individual rewards order. The Troop will also receive $50 Council Cash as a reward. Enter "1" in the box beside "$50 Council Cash (no more than 1)" if this reward is visible. If you do not see this reward, your troop did not meet the 295 PGA requirement.

11. Once all entries have been made, click "Submit Reward Order" at the bottom of the screen.
Rewards are expected to begin to arrive to Service Unit Cookie Managers late April/Early May. Once all rewards are received, they will distribute these rewards to each troop. Please ensure you are watching for instructions and additional information from your SUCM!
