If you have found yourself with too many of one variety of cookies, you can post these so other troop can take them off your hands! Use the Cookie Exchange in eBudde to let other Troop Cookie Managers know the extra cookies you have available!
To post extra cookies so other TCMs know you have them available:
1. Login to eBudde.
2. Click Cookie Exch (Cookie Exchange).
3. Enter the total number of packages in each variety that you have available for other troops.
4. Click "Update Pkgs to Exchange". You will not see the post for your own troop! Ensure you see the confirmation pop up after you click the green button.
5. Other Troop Cookie Managers will see your troop number, Service Unit number, first name as it appears in the Contacts tab of eBudde, email address, and number of packages available per variety.
6. Troops will contact you via email to arrange a transfer. Please ensure you are monitoring your email!
7. When you are ready to transfer the packages, either troop can enter the transfer in the Transactions tab in eBudde.
8. Click "Add a Transaction".
9. Change the "2nd Party" to "Troop".
10. Enter the Troop number. Enter the pickup date.
11. Enter the variety of cookies being transferred.
12. Ensure the Product Movement drop-down box reflects the correct transaction type:
- If you are receiving the packages from another troop, change this to "Add Product".
- If you are giving the packages to another troop, change this to "Remove Product".
13. Click "Save/Print" or "Okay". If you click "Okay", ensure to click "Save" on the Transactions tab as well!
