What to do with damaged cookies:
o Troops:
Single package or entire case is damaged: TCM should bring the package/case to the nearest cupboard. The cupboard manager will replace the damaged package/case – cookie-for-cookie so inventory is NOT affected.
Missing packages inside a case: Bring the ENTIRE CASE to the nearest cupboard. The cupboard manager will replace the damaged case – cookie-for-cookie so inventory is NOT affected.
o Customers:
Don’t give out damaged packages! Use the process above to get presentable packages!
